Our Mission

Meet our founder

Kim Lange (she/her) is a Producer, Curator, and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher from Hawai’i and California based in Charleston, South Carolina. She is passionate about using art and wellness modalities to invite deep reflection and cultivate meaningful connections in both large and intimate community gatherings. In her work for groundbreaking organizations such as Brave New Films, Google, and the San Francisco Symphony, Kim has produced film and video projects exploring topics ranging from social justice and war profiteering to augmented reality and new frontiers in orchestral music.

Raised by Vipassana teachers who welcomed their Honolulu sangha into her home for weekly dharma talks and sittings, Kim has been practicing Insight Meditation for over 25 years. She is a graduate of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program—a partnership between the International Mindfulness Teachers Association, the Awareness Training Institute, and the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley.

Beyond her meditation practice, Kim serves on the board of Mental Health Heroes, supporting the Charleston Dorchester Mental Health Center, and sits on the Advisory Board of Art With Impact, a nonprofit that fosters mental wellness by creating space for young people to learn and connect through art and media.
